PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
PROCRETE 800 is a polyurethane emulsion and cement-based product obtained as a result of modification with special additives and chemicals, created by adding a special filler to resins, with a smooth surface, excellent chemical, solvent and impact resistance, suitable for 3-8 mm thick concrete, stone, mortar, steel, aluminum. is a self-leveling, antibacterial and anti-static polyurethane concrete floor covering system that can be applied on asbestos cement and wooden materials.

FEATURES
It is antistatic and suitable for explosives production areas. BS 5998
3 mm coating does not lose its properties under continuous +60 °C heat.
As the thickness increases, heat resistance also increases.
It is a solvent-free and odorless coating.
Thanks to its low modulus of elasticity, it has high mechanical properties and is flexible and very durable under point impact.
It does not chip, crack or shrink like other coatings under the same impact.
It has zero absorbency value, is resistant to oils and acids, and is non-toxic.
Since it has a very low VOC value, it is harmless to the environment and human health.
It is suitable for application on damp surfaces and can be applied on 7-day-old concrete or on old water-saturated concrete applied on a vapor barrier layer.
Its smooth matte surface provides ease of cleaning.
