PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Bars Procrete 800 is a self-leveling polyurethane concrete floor coating system that is obtained through the modification of special additives and chemicals based on polyurethane emulsion and cement. It is created with a special filler added to resins, resulting in a smooth surface with excellent chemical, solvent, and impact resistance. This coating can be applied to materials such as concrete, stone, mortar, steel, aluminum, asbestos cement, and wood, with a thickness ranging from 3 to 8 mm. It also possesses antibacterial and anti-static properties.

FEATURES
It is antistatic and suitable for areas of explosive material production. BS 5998.
A 3 mm coating does not lose its properties under continuous heat of +60 °C. The heat resistance increases as the thickness increases. It is a solvent-free and odorless coating.
Due to its low elasticity modulus, it has high mechanical properties, while being flexible and highly durable under point impact. Unlike other coatings under the same impact, it does not chip or crack, and it does not experience shrinkage.
It has a zero absorbency value, is resistant to oils and acids, and is non-toxic.
It is harmless to the environment and human health due to its very low VOC (volatile organic compound) value.
It is suitable for application on damp surfaces and can be applied over 7-day-old concrete or over a vapor barrier layer, as well as over water-saturated old concrete.
A smooth flat surface allows for easy cleaning.
