PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
It is a ready-to-use, adhesion-increasing binder and water-impermeability concrete additive with very good binding properties, which is applied by either mixing into acrylic emulsion-based cementitious mortars and plasters or by being spread onto the surface to increase adhesion and penetration when new concrete is poured over existing concrete.
