It is a water-based, acrylic emulsion-based paint called PROTHERMAL METAL, specially developed for metal surfaces. This high-performance paint has low thermal conductivity values and contains ceramic micro-spheres that were initially developed by NASA as part of its space program. It provides thermal insulation for both interior and exterior walls.
FEATURES
PROTHERMAL 840, when applied to metal tubing, retains the radiant heat generated inside and reflects the radiant heat coming from sunlight back outside.
In buildings, heating and cooling energy costs can achieve energy savings of 30-35% depending on the application coefficient. It is specially enhanced with vacuum ceramic microspheres. It has high adhesion. It is matte. It is environmentally friendly.
It adheres very well to the surfaces it is applied to and is easy to apply.
AREAS OF USE
You can use it on metal surfaces such as steam and hot water pipes, where you do not want heat losses to occur.

Based on the surface's absorbency and color, 15-20 m²/15 LT (for 2 coats).
